“Trigun” movie teaser hits the web

A streaming teaser for the upcoming Trigun movie, Trigun: Badlands Rumble, went up on the Japanese movie site. The teaser, found by ANN,  shows old favorites Vash, Wolfwood, Meryl and Millie returning for a new adventure with new characters.

The movie is produced by Madhouse, which also made the TV series. Several staff and cast members return, including the voices for Vash, Wolfwood, Meryl and Millie. The story is original to the movie, written by director Satoshi Nishimura and original creator Yasuhiro Nightow and adapted into a screenplay by Yasuko Kobayashi.

Trigun: Badlands Rumble hits Japanese theaters on April 24, 2010.
