“The Walking Dead” to shamble on for another year

Cable darling and AMC hit The Walking Dead has been renewed for a second season, after a record-breaking first episode and a highly-rated second episode, TV Guide reports. The series is based off the acclaimed comic book series, and will continue in a 13-episode second season.
Additionally, a reissue of the series, The Walking Dead Weekly, will be starting soon.
