The Masked Rider returns to fight the Power Rangers
It looks like the valiant Masked Rider has returned to the world of the Power Rangers. Initially skipped in rotation (despite the synopsis being posted), A Friend In Need, the three-part episode that kicked off Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers Season 3 and introduced Saban’s Masked Rider. The character and footage has been in debatable status, with no real clear distinction about who has the rights to the Kamen Rider Black RX character in America.
Oddly enough, Saban may now own new footage of Kamen Riders Decade, thanks to Kamen Rider Decade and Samurai Sentai Shinkenger appearing in each other’s shows. Shinkenger is the basis of next month’s Power Rangers Samurai. Whether any footage of these otherworldly heroes will be used in Samurai is unknown, but unlikely.
