A SPD Ranger needs your help!
Bridge Carson, the Green/Blue/Red SPD Ranger, was portrayed by Matty Austin in all his appearances. Since then, he’s gone on to be a full-on director, and wants your help funding his upcoming film, One Day You Will Paint A Sunset. He’s crowdsourcing through IndieGoGo, which appears to be the same concept as Kickstarter.
Anyone can donate, and each level of donation includes something for you. For $8, you get a credit in the film alongside a digital copy. $20 nets you the above and a physical copy. $50 nets you the above, a signed poster, and a non-speaking role. $100 gets you all of the above, alongside something special placed in the film of your choice, just so you can be all like “Hey! That’s my Game Boy!”. $500 gets you all that and a limited edition copy of the titular book. $1000 nets you everything plus an executive producer credit, tickets to the premiere, and a company logo in the sponsor section of the credits.
Why would we be covering this on gaijINside? Austin has a special incentive for Ranger fans. Any contribution $100 or higher with the word “buttery” in their comments will get entered for a chance to win one of the SPD Red Ranger spandex suits he wore in Once A Ranger.
