Now Hiring
It’s true, it’s true. gaijINside is looking for a few good recruits. Primarily, we’re looking for writers across the board. Comic books/manga, video games, animation/anime, technology/gear/gadgetry/misc., and the sci fi stuff. Anything and all nerdy, if you have an interest in it, we have an interest in you, whether it’s the fact that you play the latest WiiWare game or have a high-running Xbox Gamerscore, track down the latest Nerf guns and Transformer toys, check out the latest Cartoon Network show, the latest FUNimation dub, the latest Sci-Fi series, and so forth. All positions are unpaid, but offer great portfolio fodder, help get your name out there, and occasional screeners and review copies.
Positions we’re looking for?
Editorials and Features: Our running articles like Mecha Monday and Tokusatsu T’day are just the nerds spilling their brains out all over the internet, feeding gobs of info like an opiate to the hungry masses. Got something you just won’t shut up about?
News: News writers track down the latest breaking news in all the covered fields, usually focusing on one or two of the subjects. If you feel the need to tell people about the latest and greatest, we could use you.
Reviews: Can you write critically? Do you watch Smallville on a regular basis? Did you pick up the latest box set of something so random that you feel strongly about? Reviewers are capable of turning in articles as close to the launch as possible. If you’re the next Siskel or Ebert, let us know.
If anything interests you, send an email to chad AT gaijinside.com.
