“Dollhouse” hits the dog house

THR reports that Joss Whedon’s series, Dollhouse, has been canceled. The series, which had been sent to the standard death slot of Friday nights on Fox, will air all 13 episodes of the season, with Whedon working on giving the series a proper ending.
Dammit – that show deserves better. And they just added Summer Glau to the cast. I hope Whedon tries to save the show. Maybe send it over to the Scifi Channel. They seem to treat shows better than FOX. I really don’t think Whedon should be creating stuff for FOX anymore, if this is the way he’s going to be treated.
