Will the Maximals transform from Rhinos with a Shout!?

It looks like Shout! Factory might be releasing both another Mainframe Entertainment series and another Transformers series, with a potential release of Transformers: Beast Wars. Rhino Theatrical previously released the series, which is out of print.
DVD producer Brian Ward dropped a hint on Twitter today, asking if anyone knew anything about Transformers: Beast Wars.
Most likely, Shout! Factory would release a complete series set, alongside three individual season sets.
