Toei Animation bringing “Sailor Moon” back to the world?

Chalk this up as either rumor or translation fun, but this article by Ascii features some interesting translated text.

Toei Animation is preparing to try to expand worldwide work revival of Sailor Moon now. Precure is cut into overseas markets still You can Temasen. But if you already have a brand Sailor Moon is not that

Sailor Moon‘s already returning to America, in comic book form. Could the animation be coming back? The series premiered in 1992, so it would be time for the 20th anniversary. It appears as if the article is stating that Sailor Moon‘s return could help be a gateway for Precure to make it’s name outside of Japan. Precure is a series very much akin to Sailor Moon in that it features magical transforming girls, and airs alongside Kamen Rider and Super Sentai.

Given their history with the company and their skill at releasing another long-running Toei franchise, it seems as if FUNimation would be the likely candidate for redubbing and rereleasing the original five series.
