Shout! Factory confirms “Transformers: The Headmasters” set

After a week of hints, teases, and tips, Shout! Factory director Brian Ward has finally confirmed that Transformers: The Headmasters will be getting a United States release for the first time. The 35 episode series takes place after The Return Of Optimus Prime.
No word on if the series will be getting a new dub, will include an old British dub, or remain subs. Additionally, no word if the series will be all that the stated “TAKARA COLLECTION” consists of, or if there will be releases of the other foreign Transformers.
UPDATE: When asked if there was any more information he could share, Ward responded with “Nothing at present. Stay tuned.” Further looks into his Twitter feed reveal that the box set design is by IDW Publishing.
